Oatmeal of the Day: Obnoxious Oats
So usually my oatmeal is healthy but NOT SO MUCH today. I’m blaming it on the fact that it’s a Monday (I also put ice cream in my coffee…..)
Anyway it started off normal.. Oats, banana, and almond milk. THEN Nutella and Peanut Butter… Then strawberries.. Then brown sugar Hahahahah
How obnoxious! Whatever I need the sugar rush :)
Oatmeal of the Day: Berries and Cream
This is delicious! I wanted to try something new today.
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/4 C Fage No Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 C Strawberries
I Packet Truvia
Cinnamon to taste
Cook oatmeal almost all the way, add additional ingredients and cook until blueberries are unfrozen, add cinnamon and Truvia… enjoy!
This breakfast is under 300 calories, had protein and carbs, and very filling!
Oatmeal of the Day: Choco PB Banana!
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1 Banana
1/3 C Frozen Blueberries
2 T PB2 Peanut Butter Powder with Chocolate
A splash of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Talk about incredible! Cook oatmeal on the stovetop like usual and add all of these yummy ingredients. Delicious and nutritious!
