Oatmeal of the Day: Berries and Cream
This is delicious! I wanted to try something new today.
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/4 C Fage No Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 C Strawberries
I Packet Truvia
Cinnamon to taste
Cook oatmeal almost all the way, add additional ingredients and cook until blueberries are unfrozen, add cinnamon and Truvia… enjoy!
This breakfast is under 300 calories, had protein and carbs, and very filling!
I can’t lose weight UGH FRUSTRATION. HELP????
Oatmeal of the Day: Sweet Mixed Berry
Ok guys.. This is delicious! It’s almost a healthy dessert for breakfast :)
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Banana
1/3 C Blackberries
3 Large Strawberries
1 Splash Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
A Few Shakes of Cinnamon
1 Packet of Truvia
Cook the oatmeal as you usually would, adding fruit once almost the water is gone. Add a splash of Almond Milk, the cinnamon, and Truvia. ENJOY!

We’re more of a community. I consider all of you my friends even though I don’t know you. Whatever we’re passionate about..whatever our tumblrs are about.. we’re united and I love it.
Does anyone have any advice or tips for losing that last five-ten pounds?? I need serious help! I know I can do it but I am just STUCK!!! Help, fitblr fam?

FEEL THE BURN!
So I know I have been talking about my oatmeal a lot lately (I’ve recently discovered the oats of stove top Old Fashioned Oats and the glorious things you can add to them..) but I must talk about it again..
I made a new kind this morning (hello banana and chocolate PB2) and I FORGOT TO ADD CINNAMON. It’s a must for me……….What a tragedy..
oh well.. TGIF! :)
