Oatmeal of the Day: Berries and Cream
This is delicious! I wanted to try something new today.
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/4 C Fage No Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 C Strawberries
I Packet Truvia
Cinnamon to taste
Cook oatmeal almost all the way, add additional ingredients and cook until blueberries are unfrozen, add cinnamon and Truvia… enjoy!
This breakfast is under 300 calories, had protein and carbs, and very filling!
